INTERNSHIP IN THE COMPANY

a.t.Legal Law Firm invites senior students and university graduates to undergo internship free of charge in order to familiarize themselves with basics of profession and specifics of working in a consulting firm followed by competitive selection to work in company if there is a vacancy.

PURPOSE OF TRAINING YOUNG GENERATION OF LAWYERS FOR OUR COMPANY:

The main purpose of internship/work practice is selection and training of best candidates who can apply for the position of "Legal Assistant/Paralegal".

WHAT TASKS DO YOU NEED TO PERFORM?

Legal and technical support for company projects

Analysis of regulatory framework, litigation practice and collection of other relevant information

Participation in preparation of legal opinions (memoranda), procedural documents (claims, statements of claim, responses, complaints, etc.) and tender documents

Interaction with notary, Federal Bailiffs Service (FSSP), Russian Register (Rosreestr), etc.

Business correspondence and other communications in Russian/English using legal terminology, translations

Courier trips within projects

Other assignments from lawyers, senior lawyers, managers and partners related to project support

All work is carried out under supervision of a lawyer - curator

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

Possession of skills in working with databases (search engines) of courts, reference systems, etc.

Skills in determining applicable rule of law, references to laws

Skills in preparation of procedural documents

Ability to quickly understand software that optimizes work of lawyers (presentations, search databases, etc.)

Possession of skills in working with e-mail, voice messaging systems, video conferencing

Confident knowledge of civil and procedural law, including: bankruptcy law, corporate, commercial law

Knowledge of English not lower than Upper-Intermediate level
