Responsibilities:
- Independent litigation in Russia (from the moment the claim was drawn up until actual enforcement of the court decision);
- Legal support of clients' activities, in particular:
- preparation, analysis of procedural and other documents;
- verbal and written advice to client, preparation of analytical opinions, memoranda;
- minimization of litigation risks for clients at stage of structuring transactions;
- representing client's interests at general meetings of participants/shareholders, meetings of creditors.

Leading working groups on various projects (litigation, non-litigation projects);
- Business trips (participation in regional court hearings).

Legal and technical support for company projects
Analysis of regulatory framework, litigation practice and collection of other relevant information
Participation in preparation of legal opinions (memoranda), procedural documents (claims, statements of claim, responses, complaints, etc.) and tender documents
Interaction with notary, Federal Bailiffs Service (FSSP), Russian Register (Rosreestr), etc.
Business correspondence and other communications in Russian/English using legal terminology, translations
Courier trips within projects
Other assignments from lawyers, senior lawyers, managers and partners related to project support
All work is carried out under supervision of a lawyer - curator
Possession of skills in working with databases (search engines) of courts, reference systems, etc.;
Skills in determining the applicable rule of law, references to laws;
Skills in the preparation of procedural documents;
Ability to quickly understand software that optimizes the work of lawyers (presentations, search databases, etc.);
Possession of skills in working with e-mail, voice messaging systems, video conferencing;
Confident knowledge of civil and procedural law, including: bankruptcy law, corporate, commercial law;
Knowledge of English not lower than the Upper-Intermediate level;
Converting theoretical knowledge into practical experience in a Russian law firm, but in accordance with Western management standards
Involvement in work on international and Russian projects in a successful law firm in several practices of the company
